Submitting an RRSP, TFSA or LIRA investment through FrontFundr.

Updated over a week ago

So you decided you want to make your investment through a registered account, but can't figure out how to do it?

Is the Campaign eligible for Registered Investments?

Not all the investment opportunities on FrontFundr are eligible to use a registered account. If it is eligible, it will indicate this under the 'Terms' of the investments.

Typically the opportunity will only be available with one of the Trust Companies: Western Pacific Trust Company, Olympia Trust, or Odyssey Trust. You cannot use a financial institution the company is not eligible with.

The minimum to use a registered account may be higher than the minimum to invest in the opportunity. This is due to fees charged to you and the issuing company.

i.e. The minimum to invest maybe $500, but if you are using a TFSA/RRSP/LIRA could be $2,500.

Where to find the Payment Option

If the Campaign is eligible for registered investments and you are investing the minimum required to use them, the payment option will be located during the investment process.

In the Payment Method drop-down, you can click the 'TFSA, RRSP, or LIRA' option, as seen below.

Once you have selected this option, you will be required to input your Plan Number, the Account type, the Trust Company you will be using and how you plan to fund your registered account.
