Email Verification

When you first open an account with FrontFundr, check your email!

FrontFundr will send you an email with the subject line "Activate your FrontFundr Account". It's best to copy and paste the code, in order to decrease the possibility of typing the wrong letter/number.

Personal Info

After verifying your email, we will need to fill out the required sections:

Note: For PO Box addresses, you can manually enter your address if you can’t search for it.

Investor Profile

Next step, let us know what kind of investor you are! By selecting the sectors you’re interested in, we can notify you whenever a new opportunity aligns with your profile.

Please complete the required fields, as your investor status determines the types of investments you’re eligible to make.

Financial Profile

Almost there! FrontFundr is required by Canadian regulators to ask about your financial profile. This info is to help us assess investors’ suitability.

ID Verification

Lastly, we partner with Persona, a trusted identity-verification service, to confirm your information using the name and address you provide.

In most cases, your verification will be completed automatically. If additional confirmation is needed, Persona may prompt you to upload a photo ID and a selfie directly through their secure platform.

Now you're ready to start investing!
