A gift investment is the purchase of securities on behalf of another individual in the form of a gift. This may look like a family member submitting and providing payment for their friend or family member.
How Can I Give Someone My Investment?
To transfer an investment you will need to receive approval from the issuing company following the acceptance and closing of your investment.
If approved, you will be subject to any fees applicable charged by the Issuer's Legal Team or Transfer Agent. The fees may range up to $300.
