Eligibility to Invest

FrontFundr is available to Canadian residents living in any of the eleven provinces and territories where we’re registered: BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, NL, PEI and YK. Anyone who is of legal age in their province of residence can create an account and start investing.

In Québec, the Issuer must provide a French version of the Offering Document for Quebec residents to invest. If a translation isn’t available, only Accredited Investors in Québec will be eligible to invest in that opportunity. Learn more here.

International investors (outside the U.S.) who meet the criteria of an Accredited Investor may also be eligible to participate in select campaigns. If this applies to you, please reach out to us at support@frontfundr.com for more details.

Please note that some opportunities may be open only to accredited investors. To understand the different investor types, we invite you to read our Types of Investors article.
