FrontFundr is open to Canadian residents living in one of the 9 provinces and territories that we are registered in; BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS and YK. Anyone at or above the age of majority in the province they reside in can use FrontFundr. International investors (outside of the USA) meeting the criteria of an Accredited Investor may be eligible to invest in certain campaigns, and should contact support@frontfundr.com for more information.

Per Québec security laws, the Issuer must provide a translated French Offering Document to allow all residents in Québec to invest. If the document is not translated, only Accredited Investors in Québec will be eligible to invest in that opportunity.
