What does "Pending Countersign from Issuer" mean?
If your investment is pending a countersignature from the issuer, you’ve successfully completed all the required steps for your investment.
Investments are officially accepted by the issuing company once their campaign closes on FrontFundr. You can find the campaign’s end date on the issuer’s campaign page or in your Investor Dashboard.
After the campaign ends, you’ll receive a trade confirmation by email with details about your investment. Shortly after, the trade confirmation and your signed investment documents will be available to download from your Investor Dashboard under the “Completed” tab.
