Explaining a popular investment status on FrontFundr

Updated yesterday

Congratulations! If your investment is pending a countersignature from the issuing company, then you have successfully completed all the required steps for your investment.

Investments are officially accepted by Issuing Companies at the end of their financing campaigns on FrontFundr. The campaign end date can be found on any issuer's campaign page, as well as on your Investor Dashboard.

You will receive a trade confirmation document, which details the information regarding your investment, via email once your investment has been closed on. This document, as well as your signed investment documents, will be made available shortly after a campaign close, for you to download on your Investor Dashboard under the "Completed" tab.
