What companies are eligible for Elite Circle bonus shares?
Companies have the option to opt in and participate in the Venture Club program. Please note that not every offering will be eligible for the program.
To identify whether a specific company is participating in Elite Circle, look for the Elite Circle badge listed in the perks section of the campaign page.
We anticipate that the majority of the participants will be cross-border listings who have previously offered bonus shares in fundraising rounds in the US.
How long does the membership last?
The Elite Circle membership is active for one year from the point of purchase. The membership will automatically renew every year. If you choose to cancel the auto-renewal of your Elite Circle membership, it will expire at the end of that year’s eligibility period.
How do I get an Elite Circle membership?
Investors can purchase an Elite Circle membership during the payment stage of the investment process. You can also purchase it as a standalone product on this page. The Elite Circle membership costs $250/year, billed annually, and is set to automatically renew at the end of your membership.
How do I renew my Elite Circle membership?
Elite Circle has an annual membership of $250 charged at the beginning of your year’s eligibility period. Your membership will automatically renew the following year. We will send you an email notification in advance of that upcoming renewal. You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your auto-renewal period if you no longer wish to renew. You will be able to see the status of your membership and the date of the renewal within your investor dashboard on FrontFundr.
For members who purchased their membership during our special launch promotion at $125, the membership will auto-renew at the regular membership rate of $250/Year.
How do I cancel my Elite Circle membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time through your investor dashboard or you can reach out to support@frontfundr.com.
The Elite Circle membership is active for one year from the point of purchase. If you choose to cancel the auto-renewal of your Elite Circle membership, it will expire at the end of that year’s eligibility period, you will not be refunded the current year’s membership fee.
When do I get my Elite Circle perks?
The welcome package perks will be ordered and shipped on a seasonal or quarterly basis. We anticipate that the first welcome packages will begin shipping in December 2024.
Not all investments will be eligible for a welcome package perk. FrontFundr Elite Circle members are entitled to receive a welcome swag package on investments of $1,000 or more that are within the first 60 days of signing up for the program. This includes investments that are made at the same time as you sign up for the program.
Elite Circle swag packages will be offered in three tiers:
For investments from $1,000 - $2,499, members will receive stickers, a mug, and a notebook and pen.
For investments from $2,500 - $$9,999, members will receive all of the above items plus a baseball cap.
For investments above $10,000, members will receive all of the above items plus an exclusive Elite Circle vest.
How do I join the Elite Circle Discord community?
Once you have purchased your membership, you will receive an email confirming your registration and outlining the key advantages of your membership. This email will include instructions on how to get started with Discord. We’re excited to see you in the chat!
How long will the discounted membership price be available?
To celebrate the release of this new membership program, FrontFundr will be offering Elite Circle memberships at a 50% discount until the end of the promotional period on November 29th, 2024.
During this period, investors can register for the membership for only $125/year while receiving all of the same benefits. FrontFundr may decide to extend the discount period for the program membership costs at our sole discretion.
For those who sign up for the membership during the promotional period at a discounted rate of $125/Year, the membership will automatically renew at the standard rate of $250/Year for the subsequent years.
